Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all offers, purchases, and deliveries made via the websites, sales channels, and distribution partners of Loop Biotech B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands and headquartered at Vulcanusweg 279, 2624 AV Delft (“Loop Biotech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order or using our services, the customer (“you” or “the customer”) unconditionally agrees to these Terms. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Loop Biotech. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of order shall apply.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are exclusive of VAT, duties, packaging, and shipping costs, unless otherwise specified. Loop Biotech reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Prices quoted on the website or in communications do not constitute binding offers. Obvious errors in pricing, specifications, or availability do not bind Loop Biotech. A contract is concluded only after we confirm acceptance of your order in writing or by dispatching the goods.
We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery window indicated at the time of order. However, all delivery times are non-binding and indicative only. Loop Biotech is not liable for any delay, loss, or cost arising from late or partial delivery. Delivery obligations are suspended in cases of force majeure, including (but not limited to) war, strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions, export restrictions, supplier failure, epidemics, or government measures. In such cases, Loop Biotech reserves the right to cancel or postpone delivery without liability.
Products remain the full property of Loop Biotech until payment has been received in full. Risk passes to the customer upon shipment from our facility or, where applicable, upon handover to the shipping partner. We are not liable for any damage, delay, or loss that occurs after dispatch.
Due to the organic nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted in case of a proven defect in the product, and only if reported within five (5) days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Loop Biotech reserves the right to assess the validity of any claim and is under no obligation to accept returns unless required by mandatory law. Under no circumstances will custom-made or personalised products be eligible for return.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Loop Biotech reserves the right to withdraw or modify voucher campaigns at any time without prior notice. Vouchers may not be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions unless explicitly stated. Misuse, reproduction, or resale of vouchers is strictly prohibited. Loop Biotech reserves the right to reject any voucher that is deemed fraudulent, expired, or otherwise ineligible. The value, scope, and conditions of use are determined solely by Loop Biotech and may vary per country, product, or campaign.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, concepts, product names, logos, texts, and visual material, remain the exclusive property of Loop Biotech. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a transfer of IP rights to the customer or any third party. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing our content or products without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Our products are designed and manufactured with care and under rigorous quality control. However, due to the natural materials and production methods, minor variations in colour, shape, texture, or dimensions may occur. Such variations are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or return. Customers are responsible for verifying local regulations and suitability of the product for use in their jurisdiction, including (but not limited to) burial or cremation regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop Biotech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use, misuse, or non-availability of our products or services. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product. No warranty is provided beyond what is explicitly stated in writing.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands. Customers located outside the Netherlands expressly waive their right to invoke foreign jurisdiction or consumer protection legislation. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
If any clause in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force. Failure by Loop Biotech to enforce any right shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right.
